My Job

 I've been in the in the Carpet business ever since my dad opened his store in Enon, Ohio in 1965.  My job for over the last 50 years has been to guide my customers to the carpet that will best suit their needs.  I do this by asking questions.  Sometimes a lot of questions.   Like.....  Do you have Kids? Pets? Are they well behaved? Do you wear you shoes inside your home, or take them off at the door?  Are you looking for soft and elegant carpet for your master suite or something tough and rugged for your Family room? Without asking questions, there is no way I can guide you to the right carpet. 

But over the last 30 years as  4000 Lowes and Home Depot have come to dominate the carpet industry. 20,000 local dealers have closed.  Leaving in their wake a customer service deficit  of immense per portions. But I don't want to give you the wrong impression. I love Home Depot and Lowes. They truly make 

America great by bringing value and instant gratification to Millions of America Everyday.  But he fact is, there is no one there to do my job.
